If I pre-order my Advent Calendar, when will it be shipped? 
All pre-ordered Advent Calendars will be available in November. If you're calendar is being shipped to you, you will receive an email notification once it has been dispatched. If you ordered via Store Pickup, you'll receive a notification once it's ready to collect at your specified store, on your chosen date and time slot.

Can I order other products and ship them together with the Advent Calendar? 
Due to the size of the Advent Calendars, they will be fulfilled from a different warehouse, separate from our standard warehouse. As such, we are not able to combine your Advent Calendar purchase with other products. 

The freight cost is high, can I just purchase it now and collect later in store? 
Yes, you can! Simply select the Store Pickup option at checkout, select an available date and time to collect your calendar and you won't have to pay for shipping.

Can I change my pick up date and time closer to date?
Yes, you can. We know November is a while away and things change! Unfortunately you can't update this yourself, but please get in touch by emailing us at hello@gewurzhaus.com.au or calling us on 03 9415 7183 and we can update your order.

How much does delivery cost?  
The shipping fee is $12.50. Due to the fragile nature of the Advent Calendar, they require special packaging and attention. We only charge what it costs us to ship and to ensure the Advent Calendar gets delivered in the best condition. 

Do you offer Express delivery?  
No, we only offer standard delivery at $12.50 due to the fragile nature of the Advent Calendar. Alternatively, you can opt to collect your Advent Calendar - you can choose you store and time for collection at checkout. 

Will you be selling the Advent Calendar in your store at a later stage? 
Unfortunately, no. As the Advent Calendar is produced at a limited quantity, they are only available for sale online. However, if you purchase now, you can still collect in store using the Store Pickup option at checkout.

You’ve mentioned it’s limited quantity, how many calendars do you have for sale? 
The Advent Calendar sold out in 4 minutes in our first year! We’ve produced a lot more this year to support the demand, but can't guarantee how long they'll be available for sale. Best to get in quick before you miss out!

Are they similar to last year’s Advent Calendar? 
There are festive favourites similar to last year’s but there are also some summer crowd-pleasers, spices to celebrate the Greek calendar theme, as well as three exclusive and delicious new spice blends! 

Can you send to me if I'm overseas? 
As there is limited quantity and due to delivery constraints, we aren’t able to accommodate overseas delivery. 

I’d like to buy the calendar as a gift for someone else, can you include a note? 
As the Advent Calendar is fulfilled by a separate warehouse, unfortunately we are not able to include a personalised note.
