If I pre-order my Advent Calendar, when will it be shipped?
All pre-ordered Advent Calendars will be available in November. If your calendar is being shipped to you, you will receive an email notification once it has been dispatched. If you ordered via free Store Pickup, you'll receive a notification once it's ready to collect at your specified store.
Can I order other products and ship them together with the Advent Calendar?
Due to the size of the Advent Calendars, we are not able to combine your Advent Calendar purchase with other products.
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping fee is $12.95. Due to the fragile nature of the Advent Calendar, they require special packaging and attention.
Can I purchase it now and collect later in store?
Yes, you can! Simply select the free Store Pickup option at checkout and you won't have to pay for shipping.
Do you offer Express delivery?
No, we only offer standard delivery at $12.95 due to the fragile nature of the Advent Calendar. Alternatively, you can opt to collect your Advent Calendar from one of our stores.
Will you be selling the Advent Calendar in your store at a later stage?
Unfortunately, no. The Advent Calendar is produced at a limited quantity and are only available for sale online. However, if you purchase now, you can still collect in store using the free Store Pickup option at checkout.
You’ve mentioned it is limited quantity, how many calendars do you have for sale?
The Advent Calendar sold out in 4 minutes in our first year! We’ve produced more this year to support the demand, but can't guarantee how long they will be available for sale. Best to get in quick before you miss out!
Are they similar to last year’s Advent Calendar?
There are festive favourites similar to last year’s but there are also some summer crowd-pleasers, spices to celebrate the advent calendar theme, as well as three exclusive and delicious new spice blends!
Can you send to me if I'm overseas?
Due to delivery constraints, we are not able to accommodate overseas delivery.
I’d like to buy the calendar as a gift for someone else, can you include a note?
As the Advent Calendar is fulfilled by a separate warehouse, unfortunately we are not able to include a personalised note.
